Community Pharmacy in Freedom Behavioral Hospital is currently seeking two Pharmacists in Charge (PICs) — one for our Magnolia location and one for our Greenville location.

Position Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain pharmacy licensure and PIC requirements
• Support and mentor pharmacy staff
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing practices
• Build positive relationships with patients and providers
• Assist with workflow and operational improvements
• Promote a positive culture focused on teamwork and patient care

Qualifications

• Active Mississippi pharmacist license or eligible for licensure
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
